Sneak Peek for 2025 & Look Back to 2024

At Azimuth Healthcare, we want to take a moment to preview what’s ahead in 2025 while also reflecting on how we supported families and caregivers in 2024.

Looking ahead to 2025, we will be sharing a few upcoming announcements about new channel and distribution sales partnerships and an innovative app that will enable us to enhance our support for employers seeking to better support their teams. Here’s a preview of what our app will offer:

Our app will be designed to transform the employee experience by providing a comprehensive digital health hub for employees and their families. More to come on the official launch but here are some key features of the app. The app will allow family members to be connected (regardless of whether or not that family member is included in the employer-sponsored benefit) enabling seamless and meaningful coordination and navigation of health and wellness services. Acting as a one-stop shop for wellness and health, the app aligns with employers' cost-containment goals by assisting in preventive care, avoiding unnecessary expenses, and reducing hospital readmissions. It connects employees to their benefits with ease, offering priority access to critical resources while improving overall health and productivity. Beyond supporting physical health, the app will foster corporate culture by alleviating the stress of family health planning, empowering employees to focus on their work and well-being.

Here's the “big picture” of why we’re doing this important work. Through this app, our primary focus is supporting employees and their families and by doing this, we are addressing the $25.6 billion annual burden caused by caregiving-related turnover, absenteeism, and decreased productivity. With an estimated 73 million Americans balancing work and caregiving responsibilities—and this number set to grow as 84 million Americans reach age 65 by 2050—we will provide a white-glove, holistic benefit to help employee-caregivers navigate these challenges. Through expert care navigators offering tailored guidance, resources, and emotional support, we reduce healthcare costs, improve caregiving experiences, and empower businesses to stand out with meaningful benefits.

If you or someone you know is an employer looking to support their workforce with innovative health and wellness solutions, we’d love to partner with you. Our services are designed to empower employees, improve productivity, and foster a healthier, more engaged workplace—reach out today to learn how we can help!

Reflecting on 2024, we are proud of the strides we made in supporting family caregivers through innovative solutions, impactful partnerships, and insightful resources shared on our Care Hub. Here are some of the highlights from the past year.

First, we want to give a heartfelt thank you to our team for providing exceptional support and guidance to families, especially Ingrid Kaiser and Joe and Pattie Savarie. We also extend a special thanks to Darren Moorehead and Eric Berkman for their dedication and efforts in driving the direction of our company.

Through our services, we’ve supported caregivers by coordinating comprehensive care for their loved ones. This includes maximizing and coordinating insurance benefits, scheduling physician appointments, arranging physical, occupational, and speech therapy, organizing appropriate transportation, promoting nutrition and physical activities, and preventing social isolation.
